I produce aerial photo and video with a drone of homes, fincas, developments and building sites in Mallorca for estate agents, developers, builders and architecture studios. For a property I deliver a short video and aerial photos of the house, the plot and the surroundings, with approach and orbit shots, ready for portals, website and social media. For a development, images of the plot and its surroundings to sell off-plan, and the same shot as the build progresses. For building work, photos and video from the same points and heights on every visit, so they can be compared month by month: it is imagery, not measurement; I do not do orthophotos, surveying or photogrammetry. Many residential areas in Mallorca are close to the airport or in built-up zones, so I check the airspace before we fix a date. Usage rights for the agreed purpose are transferred on completion of payment; I keep excerpts for my portfolio unless there is a confidentiality agreement.

How I work
1. Airspace
With the location I check where flying is possible: many residential areas in Mallorca are close to the airport or in built-up zones.
2. Shoot
At the agreed time of light, with the shots we have agreed.
3. Delivery
Raw or edited footage, with usage rights on completion of payment.
Frequently asked questions
Do you do surveys, orthophotos or photogrammetry?
No. My work is images: photo and video. If you need technical data on the plot or the site, that calls for a team that specialises in it.
Can I use the images on portals and social media?
Yes. Usage rights for the agreed purpose are transferred on completion of payment. I reserve the right to use excerpts in my portfolio and showreel, except on projects with a confidentiality agreement.
What if the property is in a built-up area or near the airport?
Before we fix a date I check which restriction applies and which permit is needed. I explain it under Flight planning and aeronautical management.
