It depends on the location. For a shoot in an area with no airspace restrictions, a week is usually enough – sometimes less, depending on availability. If the location falls within controlled airspace, near an airport or heliport, in a protected natural area or in a built-up area, I need more lead time to arrange coordination or prior authorisations, and those timescales are not in my hands. The sooner you send me the exact location and date, the sooner I can confirm whether it is feasible and how much margin we really have.

The drone has safety limits – wind, rain, visibility – that are not negotiable: if they are exceeded, it does not fly. We assess whether to postpone together, with the forecast in hand, and if conditions on site are not safe the call to stand down is mine as pilot in command.

The shoot is rescheduled at no cost to the first available alternative date, and only costs already incurred are passed on, such as travel already made or permits already paid.

I work with my own equipment – drone, cameras, batteries and cards – maintained and calibrated, and I am a registered operator with current public liability insurance. If the production needs a specific technical requirement, such as a particular sensor, mount or format, we assess it and I quote the rental or subcontracting of that equipment separately.

I work with two options. The raw package is the selected uncut material – I discard failed takes – in native format or whichever we agree. The edited package includes editing and post-production, quoted according to scope.

Delivery is by download link or drive, and the timescale is set in the quote according to the volume of material and the scope of the edit.

Usage rights for the agreed purpose transfer once payment is complete. I retain the right to use excerpts in my portfolio and showreel, except on projects under a confidentiality agreement.

The term controlled airspace covers several different situations – the vicinity of an airport, a restricted UAS geographical zone, coordination with the airspace manager, an operational authorisation – and each route has its own timescale. As soon as you give me the exact location I check which one applies and confirm the real timescale for your case before we fix a date.

Yes, I work on the other islands and on mainland Spain for projects that warrant it. Travel is billed separately and transparently: within my base island it is included; for inter-island or mainland work, transport, accommodation and per diems are passed on at cost, plus a travel day if the journey takes a full day. Everything is itemised in the quote, with no surprises.

Yes: all of Mallorca and the other islands, based in Palma.

As a general rule, no. The shot is designed to get the image from a safe position without overflying crowds. If the production needs something different, we look in advance at which authorisation would apply and whether it is feasible.

Both. Live, the aerial shot is coordinated with the director and goes into the mix according to the production's technical workflow. Recorded, it is delivered afterwards as raw or edited footage.

EASA A1/A3, A2 and STS certificates, an aeronautical radio operator licence, operator registration and public liability insurance in force.

I tell you before you spend anything. We look for another spot, another height or another time, or we drop the aerial shot. I would rather say no to a shot than give you a timescale that is not in my hands.

No. My work is images: photo and video. If you need technical data on the plot or the site, that calls for a team that specialises in it.

Before we fix a date I check which restriction applies and which permit is needed. I explain it under Flight planning and aeronautical management.

It depends on the boat and the operation; we assess it during planning. Often the best option is a support boat or a spot on land.

At sea the safety limit is reached sooner than on land. We choose the day and time with the forecast in hand and, if it is not safe, we reschedule at no cost, charging only expenses already incurred.

Parts of the bay and of the harbours fall within restricted zones because of the airport and the heliport. I check it against the exact location before we fix a date.

No. If you have no website, we build one from scratch. If you already have one that works well, you probably only need the materials for getting reviews.

We look at it together during the visit: your current website (if there is one), your Google Business Profile and your reviews, and from there I propose only what is needed.

Not always. If your business has a space worth seeing —a terrace, an estate, a hotel, a boat—, yes. If it is a market stall, an office or a takeaway-only business, it makes no sense and is not part of the proposal.

With a tap of the phone on a card or a stand on the table (NFC, nothing to download): the page to leave a review on your Google Business Profile opens directly, without having to search for you. The stand is designed to measure for your premises.

It depends on which pieces you need. I give you a specific timescale after the visit, not before.

We look at it on the visit. If it works well, it stays, and you probably only need the materials for getting reviews.

I make the small changes myself when you send them to me. If they are going to be frequent, we agree that in the proposal.
